Old Pouches. Notice the tear in the pouch. I use a chisel to carefully remove the disks. Then take a hobby knife to cut out old material and then use the back of the blade to scrape away any old glue. Homemade Pouch setter. They are very easy to make. You turn off and on a spare vacuum motor to operate.     The best material to use is Zephyr Membrane. Its tin and air tight. Also has a quick reaction time. Pouch is being held in place by vacuum. Gluing Plastic disk on with plastic   glue.

Don't they look great?

Here I'm using a socket to press the pouches in place. All done!! One more section left. COMPLETED!!!

I vacuum tested it and works great.
